Look at all the books on Amazon.com for personal growth, career development and enjoyment. None of these books can possibly help you unless you can find the time, interest and skill to read them. I have stacks and stacks of unread books.

I have to admit that I am rarely motivated to read in depth. There is so much I could be reading and so much that I could be learning, but I hold myself back.

Don Woodruff suggests that we can simplify reading and make it exciting with his Kangaroo Method. The key, he says is a step by step process, centered on the meaning of words. How simple.

This book simply puts a modern man into shame - is it possible that the solution to digestive problems that burden many people is so obvious and simple, and yet, it seems that most people fail to see it.

Te author, Andrew Perlot, gives a simple and logical solution for digestive easy, well backed up by science and empirical evidence. It is good to know that the author solved his own ulcerative colitis and that he is thriving on the dietary regime and lifestyle he recommends.

I am coming from the background of hurting my intestines pretty badly for years and even though I have been on a low fat raw vegan diet since February 2012, I would still feel some intestinal pain now and then. This book finally opened my eyes to what I was doing that was hurting me.

Thank you Andrew for sharing this invaluable knowledge and experience! I am sure it will be (and it certainly already is) a huge help to many people!

This Book is the Answer to Your Digestive Discomfort

I cannot recommend The Raw Food Digestive Tune-Up enough. Andrew shares his knowledge and experience in an easy-to-follow manner that is enjoyable to read. I really enjoy how the book breaks down disorders and symptoms, explaining each one clearly, as well as practical application of how to remove those unwanted symptoms. Questions that I had for a long time were answered and issues I always wondered about began to make sense for the first time in a clear, understandable way. On top of everything it was well written and really fun to read, which I find rare in this genre of books.
Applying the protocols suggested in The Raw Food Digestive Tune-Up I was able to heal my own digestive disorders, which plagued me for years, greatly decreasing the quality of my life. I could not be more thrilled to be thriving on a healthy raw food diet, in many ways inspired by Andrew's work in this book, as well as his other great works (which I recommend checking out).
I highly recommend spending the $10-$20 on this book and saving yourself thousands in doctors bills and meds, not to mention emotional and physical distress. It is incredible to think that you can learn the way to ideal health for such a low price. Treat yourself to the quality of life that you deserve.

Good Stuff from Andrew

Andrew Perlot strikes again with a revealing glimpse into the nether regions of our digestive system - the MOST important "organ" in our body! Take CARE of it, and follow Andrew's "tune ups" and feel better - fast. And when that's taken care of, read Andrew's "Raw Food Weight Loss and Vitality" ebook/hardcover... that is also chock full of information for a sensible raw food diet. Don't let the word "raw" put you off - it simply means natural food that doesn't need cooking to eat... as mother nature intended.

This review left by Alan's wife, Susan - who is a self-admitted fan of Andrew Perlot who taught her to ditch the cooked food and eat real, wholesome fruits and veggies - lose weight - AND feel and look great! But, if you're in need of a tune up, read the Raw Food Digestive Tune-Up book first. Cheers, Susan. :-)

An Exciting Climax to the Twilight Marauder Story Arc

Accel World's Twilight Marauder Arc, which started in the previous novel and continues in this one, is a good turning point for the series, in which the stakes rise, and the heroes face more powerful and dangerous enemies. This volume, the fourth in the series, nicely brings the arc to its climax, while paving the way for the story in the future.

The plot picks up immediately where Volume 3 left off, with Chiyuri seemingly having betrayed Haruyuki and Takumu by throwing her lot in with Nomi, a ruthless schemer with unprecedented abilities in Brain Burst who has become even more powerful with Chiyuri's healing abilities on his side. Haruyuki and Takumu thus set off to discover the truth behind Chiyuri's decision, learn more about Nomi's associates and find a way to bring Nomi down once and for all. Since it moves toward the climax of the story arc, it does an effective job of raising the tension and keeping things personal for the protagonists.

The characters are a fairly strong part of this series, and they undergo a good amount of development. Even the loathsome Nomi is portrayed well, as you can see why he became the person he is without being expected to sympathize with him.

The story ends on an entertaining climax, and reveals some of the mysteries about Brain Burst while raising new questions, keeping readers hooked. This is also where the first season of the anime ended, which is why I hope that it, too, will continue.

All in all, Accel World Volume 4 is a good addition if you've already read the previous installments. If you haven't, start from the beginning; you won't regret it.

Excellent Addition To The Accel World Universe

Flight Toward A Blue Sky (Accel World 4) is the thrilling conclusion to the best Accel World arc that was animated. Reading it in print was a blast as Mr. Kawahara continues to show that he has developed greatly as a writer. While SAO at this point still felt like a "my first story" this feels very refined in the depth to the plot development, numerous world building details (such as more about the neurolinker, development of how it became the around the neck version, details about the Incarnation System, and tidbits about what it could suggest about the true intentions of the Accelerated World), and lastly a better designed antagonist that has something that makes you care about him.

All in all it was a great volume to read and gives me hope to see whatever the next arc maybe. My favorite part was the Haru x Taku teases in this volume. Best friends forever.

In terms of quality of text, it was good. Again no apparent typos from our usual translator. I love how the translator switches from "Taku" to "Takumu" depending on if it is a third person description, or either a personal cordial friendly one from Haru's point of view. I never noticed it until now. Its great.

this is part two of a story arc and it brings about some interesting twists in the universe. The main character goes through a lot of hardships this time around but it makes you look forward to how much stronger he'll come out of it. Please continue to support this series!

Richard Schragger is the Perre Bowen Professor at the University of Virginia School of Law, where he has taught for almost fifteen years.
